OSHO No Dimensions Meditation™

This powerful meditation technique is ideal for harnessing your own life energy in the Hara,
just below the navel. It is based on a Sufi movement technique that
allows to support awareness and integration of the body. Since it is a Sufi meditation,
this technique is loose and not serious. In fact, she is so unserious that one even smiles at it
can.
The meditation lasts one hour and consists of three phases. During the first and second
