yes The course is an ongoing event, so you can join the group at any given time and gain the themes of the moment. After 3 to 4 months the meditations start in the same order again.
No problem .. you get the recorded session available for the next few days. The missing interaction you can get by sending us an email.
Each session is with the meditation and talks after about 70 – 90 minutes. Sessions and classes usually last between 50 to 60 minutes
We put as much as possible available for everyone online and also give the links for certain text. Some special events will be recorded as either MP3 or MP4 files.
